Co-operative Urban Bank
(MCUB) was registered in the year 1937. The bank is located in the
heart of Manjeri town, a business centre in Malappuram district
of Kerala.
Since its inception, the bank was anchored by eminent personalities
who have shown their presence in business and professional sectors.
Mr. Ramaswamy Iyer (1937-1970) a leading lawyer,
Mr. M. Thirumulpad (1970-1973) another leading
lawyer, Mr. A.K. Nair (1973-1976) a leading businessman
of Manjeri, were the respected presidents who have created the golden
pages in the history of MCUB.
Today as MCUB marches towards the 71st year of humble and successful
service, we are thankful to all our customers, staff and all well-wishers
who have supported MCUB to attain an enviable position in co-operative
banking sector.
